1) Do I have to register to shop from 1visionary?

        No,  You Can Also Shop From Guest Account.

2) Are there any charges for registration?

        There are no charges for registration on 1VISIONARY. After all it's made only for you!

3) How do I get a new password?

        Click on Forgot Password option available in Sign in/Register page. A link to set new password will be mailed to your registered Email ID.

4) I am based out of India and I want to place an order for a delivery at my city. Is it possible?

        yes of course,1VISIONARY is world wide now,you can order and do payment on paypal,the only problem will happen is cash on delivery will not be available in out of india

6) How do I make a payment?

        We accept Debit & Credit Cards. We also have an option of net banking and Cash on Delivery,wallets payment will be available soon.

7) What happens if merchandise ordered is out of stock?

        If a product goes out of stock while adding it to your shopping cart, you will be informed immediately and the merchandise will not get added to the shopping cart.

8) Can I cancel an order?

        Yes, you may cancel an order fully or partially within 24 hours from the time of placing the order,do whatsapp us:9173031893 to cancel the order

9) Can I change the shipping address of the order?

        You can change the shipping address before your order is billed or shipped. This could be done by contacting our customer support with your order details,but it must have to be         done in 24 hours of placing the order...

10) how do I return a product?

        We have 7-days Return Policy, which is applicable under these circumstances:

        If broken/unsealed, do not accept the order at the time of delivery itself.

        In the case of merchandise, returned products must be unused and unwashed, and returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.

11) Do you deliver out of India?

        yes we do deliver out of india

12)What if I am not available when you deliver the merchandise?

        In case of Online Order, three attempts will be made and failure to which, the product will return to its origin until further instructions are given by the customer.

        In case of Cash on Delivery Order, the Courier Company usually calls the customer to checks their availability. Should the customer not be present when our courier attempts to         deliver your parcel, three more attempts are made automatically. Further to this, the parcel is re-dispatched only after taking appropriate instructions from the customer.

13) What do I do if my order is received in a damaged condition?

        If you notice that your parcel is damaged or tampered, you should refuse to accept it and return it to the courier personnel with all of the original packaging material. if product is         damaged after opening it,,,do whatsapp(9173031893) on urgent base..

14) What are the shipping charges and/ or are there any additional charges?

        We offer free shipping across all products on no minimum purchase value of 500/- inr. if order is below 500/-,courier charges will apply 100/- rs.

15) How can I track my order?

        You can track your order status by simply clicking on "track order". Once it is dispatched, the shipment details are updated in your account, which you can track on the respective         courier’s website.

16) What is the stipulated delivery time for an order?

        Depending upon the location, it takes 3-5 Days for the delivery of a product.

17) What should I do if I receive a different item from the one that I have ordered?

        If a wrong shipment has been delivered to you, please contact on our whtsapp(9173031893) in 24 hours of receiving the delivery.you will get exchange or refund..depending on a         case

18) why cash on delivery option is not available on my payment option?

       it's because of our courier partners are not providing cash  on delivery on your particular pincode,you can try it with other pincode address,also you can place perpaid order
